廣州塔廣場開業(yè)在即?！皬V州塔廣場今年8月竣工后，目前招商已基本完成，正在進(jìn)行內(nèi)部裝修，計(jì)劃12月底開業(yè)。”廣州塔公司董事長李洪濤10月24日表示。最新規(guī)劃顯示，首店經(jīng)濟(jì)、城市旗艦店和夜間經(jīng)濟(jì)將是廣州塔廣場最大的特色。

The grand opening of Canton Tower Plaza is around the corner. "Canton Tower Plaza's investment invitation project has been basically finished recently, after its completion of construction in August this year. The plaza is now under interior renovations and expected to start business by the end of December," said Li Hongtao, the chairman of Canton Tower Company, on October 24. According to the latest plan, the Canton Tower Plaza will distinguish itself with brands debut, urban flagship stores and nighttime economy.

廣場主體工程已經(jīng)完成，外圍設(shè)施、綠化園林、電氣排水已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備就緒。目前廣場正在進(jìn)行內(nèi)部裝修和軟裝，各商鋪也圍蔽起來，各自進(jìn)行內(nèi)部裝修。業(yè)界分析，由于位于地標(biāo)商圈，關(guān)注度和客流量較高，商業(yè)熱度也較高。

Till now, the construction of the main body of the Canton Tower Plaza has been completed, with peripheral facilities, green belt, as well as electrical and drainage systems all ready for opening. Meanwhile, internal renovations and soft furnishings alongside with shop fitting are underway. According to experts, the plaza is likely to become a high-profile landmark with high customer traffic thanks to its prime location. 

在購物方面，意大利一家奢侈品百貨品牌的廣州首店將落戶廣州塔廣場。海珠首家SM+永旺精品超市也將入駐，提供高品質(zhì)的消費(fèi)體驗(yàn)。同時(shí)，廣州塔廣場正積極推動(dòng)華為超級(jí)旗艦店落戶。

In terms of shopping, an Italian luxury brand will open its first Guangzhou-based store at the plaza. Also to make its maiden appearance in Haizhu district is SM+ Aeon boutique supermarket, which will offer high-quality experience for consumers. At the same time, Canton Tower Plaza is actively promoting the establishment of a Huawei Super Flagship Store.

在美食方面，將引入8家米其林餐廳，包括金色不如帰華南首店、菊川四代目(うなぎ四代目菊川)大陸首店以及新斗記、芒果樹、隆濤院、歐錦和餐廳、榕意等品牌海珠首店，還有其他國內(nèi)外特色美食，如全球首家特色巧克力餐廳awfully chocolate。

In terms of dining, the plaza will introduce eight Michelin restaurants, including the first branch of SOBAHOUSE KONJIKI HOTOTOGISU (金色不如帰) in South China, Xin Dou Ji (新斗記) and Mango Tree. Additionally, other unique culinary offerings from home and abroad will be brought in, such as Awfully Chocolate, the world's first chocolate-themed restaurant.

在文化休閑體驗(yàn)方面，定位為國際化多功能綜合藝術(shù)空間的廣州塔劇場，將引入豐富多彩的國際化時(shí)尚先鋒劇目和文化表演活動(dòng)。此外，還引入了華南首家三體VR沉浸式劇場，進(jìn)一步豐富廣大市民及游客的文化休閑體驗(yàn)。

In terms of cultural and leisure activities, the Canton Tower Theater, positioned as an international multifunctional comprehensive art space, will showcase a wide array of avant-garde international performances and cultural events. Additionally, the first immersive VR theater insipired by "The Three-Body Problem" in South China will be introduced, further enriching the cultural and leisure experiences for local residents and visitors.
