Recently, an air and rail transport counter has been put into use at Baiyun Railway Station in Guangzhou, providing passengers with efficient shuttle service to the Baiyun airport.

The counter, located on the main passage of the arrival floor of the railway station, also provides information about flight schedule, shuttle bus schedule and ticketing service.

Passengers can board the shuttle bus near Gate 4 of the South Departure Platform at the station. Shuttle service is free of charge by December 31, available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day.

The service has been well received by passengers since its launch, slashing the travel time between the railway station and Baiyun airport to only 35 minutes. Previously, people heading to Baiyun airport from the station had to make several transfers between metro lines, and the whole journey took about two hours.
