The 2024 National Day Golden Week has come to an end. According to data from Mafengwo, the top ten most popular travel destinations during the holiday include Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Wuhan.

Guangzhou has made it into the top five popular cities, fueled by over 2,000 festive activities that encompass culture, art, and intangible cultural heritage. Events like the "Yue Fashion Electronic Music Festival" in the Chimelong Resort, the "National Trend Carnival" in Sunac Land, and "Second Guangdong Traditional Chinese Culture and Arts Festival" in the Baiyun Mountain have significantly contributed to this surge in popularity.
