The 15th National Games will be held in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao in 2025. This is the first National Games to be jointly held by multiple places, and it will also be the first time that Hong Kong and Macao are holding the National Games.

On March 13, authorized by the Organizing Committee of the 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China, the Guangdong Organizing Committee of the 15th National Games issued the "Announcement on the Collection of Emblems, Mascots, Theme Slogans, and Musical Works of the 15th National Games", soliciting designs for the 15th National Games from all over the world.

Requirement:

All natural persons, legal persons, and unincorporated organizations that are interested in participating in this solicitation and meet the solicitation conditions can submit works in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation announcement. 

The submitted works must reflect the competition concept of "green, inclusive, open, and clean". The requirements for running the competition are "simple, safe, and wonderful". The characteristics of the competition are "innovation, integration, and leadership". And the goal of organizing the competition is "international standards, Chinese style, and Lingnan charm".

Participants are also required to download, fill in, sign, and submit relevant documents such as the "Applicant Commitment Letter", "Authorization Letter", and "Registration Form" in accordance with the requirements of the application announcement.

Each solicitation in this event will be divided into three stages: preliminary evaluation, re-evaluation, and final evaluation. The Guangdong Organizing Committee of the 15th National Games will invite experts to form a selection committee to evaluate the participating works and finally select the shortlisted works of emblems, mascots, theme slogans, and excellent music works.

The selection results and the list of winners will be announced on the official website of the 15th National Games and relevant media. The Guangdong Organizing Committee of the 15th National Games has the right to decide the design team and its personnel and has the right to use all submitted proposals to form the final design.

How to submit your work:

Participants must submit the electronic version of their works on the official website of the 15th National Games (www.baygames.cn), and simultaneously mail the paper version of their works and relevant documents (express delivery). Submission will be considered successful only after completing both submission methods.

Deadline:

The deadline for submission of theme slogans is April 30, 2024.

The deadline for emblem submission is May 15, 2024.

The deadline for mascot submission is May 31, 2024.

The deadline for submission of musical works is September 30, 2024.

Bonus:

Ten finalists for emblems and mascots will be selected respectively, and each will be awarded RMB 10,000. Among the shortlisted works for the emblem and mascot, one will be selected as the final selection respectively, and each will be awarded RMB 120,000.

Ten shortlisted works with theme slogans will be selected, and each will be awarded RMB 2,000. One of the shortlisted works will be selected as the final selection and awarded RMB 10,000.

Thirty shortlisted musical works were selected. Among the shortlisted music works, 10 will be selected as outstanding music works, and each piece will be awarded RMB 30,000.

The bonus is pre-tax, and no finalist bonus will be given to the final selection. The Guangdong Organizing Committee of the 15th National Games will issue certificates to the winning creators.
